The health and wellbeing of our guests and staffs are our top priority. We are closely monitoring the latest global development of COVID-19 to exercise the following guidelines and advices from the local authorities to ensure our guests and colleagues a safe and healthy environment. 

From February 24, 2022, guests entering the hotel premises, facilities, and restaurants are required to use the “LeaveHomeSafe” mobile application in accordance with the government's latest social distancing measures under the Prevention and Control of Disease Ordinance.A health declaration is required to ensure guest meet entry requirements from entering Hong Kong 21 days prior to arrival. We request all guests to complete Compulsory Testing, The Mandated Quarantine, Medical Surveillance or Self-Isolation period at an alternate location before checking in, as the property is not designed to operate as a quarantine facility.The property will measure the body temperature to ensure that the guests are fever-free with no virus symptoms upon arrival.In order to prevent the spread of viruses and safeguard your health, all arrival guests have to conduct Covid-19 antigen rapid test with negative result upon check-in, every 7 days or required by the hotel whenever necessary.In light of the current situation with the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to avoid cross infection, housekeeping cleaning service will be conducted once per week and hotel's Gym Room - Kew Fitness is temporarily closed until further notice.

 will not provide accommodation service to person who:

has symptoms of an infection, including but not limited to fever, cough, shortness of breath, breathing difficulty or sore throatis booking for any special purpose (including but not limited to: self-quarantine, self-monitoring for the subsequent, the persons who are under mandatory quarantine, compulsory testing or 'StayHomeSafe' scheme)is pending admission to isolation facilities upon confirmed infection of COVID-19In view of the current pandemic situation, hotel will obtain credit card deposit and HK$2,000 will be charged per room as disinfection fee to all hotel room guests who are classified as preliminary or confirmed cases during the stay at hotel or within 7 days of departing the hotel.
