1. Bathroom sink & Shower tub clogged. Water not draining. Room 501. 2. Hotel did not bill appropriate amount on credit card. Instead of the DayUse rate confirmed for reservation, they billed my credit card for an overnight rate at holiday Inn. I had to call hotel and get this matter resolved. The person I spoke to at the front desk resolved the mistake.

because of an insident Oct 15 last min the other hotel that was booked ,as I walked in to check in did not allow me to use there room for strange reasons , i called Day use handled the situation in the most perfesional way they could she kept me calm the hole time while finding me a place wow and I was able to have my stay at a comfortable hotel , thank you to the person that helped me

Our American Airlines Flight was cancelled after it had been delayed for 6 hours. We were stuck at Laguardia, needed to sleep, but didn’t want to pay NYC prices for a hotel room that we would have to check out of 6 hours later. I searched “where to take a nap in NYC” and found Dayuse. Whew! Checked in early, got 8 hours of sleep for half what it would have cost for less time.

Hi, the hotel was ok and the overall idea of the day use is amazing. Problem is this hotel at least is not fully prepared to offer that service: -booked the room for 5 hs from 10am-3pm. The room was not ready until 10.20am cause they were fully booked and the room still had to be cleaned. -housekeeping service opened my door twice -while sleeping after a 10 hr flight. Their print sheet showed the room was available, like if the system had not registered my check in. This was pretty awkward. I think you should reinforce the idea of this service with them, to avoid this type of inconveniences with short term guests. Daniela
