From the heart of Melbourne, The Buckingham is just 19 kilometres away. For a direct route, take Punt Road from the east end of the city, heading south through Prahran and St Kilda. Continue along Punt Road as it becomes St Kilda Road. St Kilda Road will then become Nepean Highway as you drive through Elsternwick. Continue along Nepean Highway crossing over South and Wickham Roads, with The Buckingham on your right directly after this. Entry to The Buckingham is via the service road with complimentary parking available.
Airport Bus:Pick up and drop off from Southland Shopping Centre off Chesterville Rd (opposite Radcliffe Ave) for appx $30 per adult each way (Prior arrangements can be made to be picked up/ dropped of the hotel directly with the Airport Bus Company)

Public Transport:If taking a train from the Melbourne CBD, Take the train going towards Frankston and get off at the Highett Train Station is located after Moorabbin Station and before Cheltenham Station on Frankston line. The Buckingham is just under 500 meters from Highett Train Station. For a direct walking route, head south-east on Railway Parade toward Highett Road, turn left on to Highett Road, going towards Nepean Highway, keep walking for about 300 meters and then turn right on to the Nepean Highway, staying on service lane, pedestrian walkway, walk for about 100 meters and you are here at the Buckingham.
